El vídeo es parte de la película The Wall la cual resulta ser un poco autobiografica a la vida de Roger Waters, es muy expresiva y respecto a la canción habla de Pink el protagonista de la película de Roger Waters, el personaje se hace famoso y entre las giras lleva a las groupies a detras del escenario para satisfacerse, al final de la canción Pink se desmorona porque se entera que su esposa había tenido un amante.
